A different suggestion for the interior of the cakes with sugarpaste…. much more delicious!!! Our cakes are chocolate sponge cake then drizzled with syrup and topped with mousse or pastry cream. The mousse or the pastry cream can be of your favourite choice such as: Black Forrest, Ferrero Rocher, Lila pause, Oreo, Cookie, Chocolate Strawberry, Chocolate sour cherry , Almond, the choices are endless and yours.
