Online Video Courses Shopping terms

a) The purchase of the online video course, online video courses or online video courses with subscription, is valid for access for 365 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you can view the video or videos you have purchased 24 hours a day for 365 days, (that is, as many times as you want each video). You can also download and print the information that accompany each course, and which are in pdf or jpg format.    At the end of 365 days, access to the courses is automatically interrupted if there is no subscription renewal applicable at that time.

b) The customer (and only he) acquires the right to view using the username and password given to him. He can view the video lessons from any device he wishes (Pc – Laptop – Smartphone – Tablet – SmartTV) for the period of 365 days as many hours as he wishes.

c) The customer has no right to withdraw and refund the money after the purchase under the Law of the European Union on the sale of electronic courses.

d) The video courses as well as the written notes that accompany them are our property products and are protected by copyright law. Any attempt to own or exploit the video courses or notes by the customer, or by any third party, gives us the right to take any legal action against him, claiming lost profits.

e) The customer confirms that his personal information (name – address-etc.) that he has stated at the time of registration on the site is true.

Additional terms of purchase of Online Video courses with monthly installments (5 or 8 installments).

a) The purchase of video courses in installments can only be done by card (Debit or Credit). For the security of your transactions from our site, we work with the company Stripe so that there is no possibility of leaking your card details to third parties and your purchases are 100% secure.

b) With the purchase of a subscription in installments (5 or 8 installments) is charged immediately, Only the 1st installment. The first courses are automatically activated as described in detail on the page of each installment subscription.

c) The 2nd installment will be requested automatically by the system, 30 days after the purchase (50 € for the 5 installments) or (30 € for the 8 installments).
In the same automatic way, every 30 days the system will request the next installments (depending on the installment package you have chosen, until the end of the package (5 months or 8 months).

d) For each subsequent installment, the system will send you a few days before, an automated e-mail to remind you the installment.

e) From the “My Account” button ( menu of site), as described below, YOU CAN:
1) Cancel any time you wish your subscription.
2) Disable “Automatic Renewal” of payments.
3) Cancel your (Credit or Debit) card from the system.
4) Change the payment card with another (Credit or Debit) card.

f) Access to the courses is valid for 365 days from the day of purchase of the subscription, with the necessary condition that the payment of the installments each month is observed.

g) In case you select from your “Account” one of the following options:
1) Cancel your subscription
2) Disable “Automatic Renewal” of payments
3) Cancellation of the card (Credit or Debit)
The system then allows you to continue accessing the courses you already have access to, until the next installment.

If the next installment is not paid, the system blocks your access to the courses, suspending your subscription while waiting for the installment to be paid.

In this case, you have 5 days to pay the installment, so that the system does not cancel your subscription permanently.
If your subscription is permanently canceled, then the system permanently terminates access to the courses you already had access to with your previous payments and the access for 365 days does not apply to them either.

h) In the courses for each subscription with installments (5 Installments or 8 installments), you have access, as described in the corresponding pages of the installment subscriptions (5 Installments or 8 installments).

Based on the above:
a) It is forbidden to attempt to store the video courses by the customer on any electronic device. It is also forbidden to try to record video courses in any other way.

b) It is forbidden to share the video courses and to provide the notes to a third party or third parties.

c) It is forbidden by the customer the use of video courses and notes for profit, either as a form of teaching or as a form of provision or sale.

The courts of Piraeus – Greece are responsible for each dispute.
